position.Job SummaryThe MC3 Program is seeking an experienced
Program Director to provide comprehensive management and strategic
direction of a large statewide psychiatry access program for
providers serving child and adolescent patients through age 26
years and perinatal patients. This includes overseeing program
operations, program development and growth, compliance, personnel
and financial management, and stakeholder engagement.Why Join

Interface with internal Michigan Medicine stakeholders germane to
program including: Department of Psychiatry; Office of General
Counsel; Governmental Relations; Office of Strategic Planning;
Health Information Management; Risk Management; Health Information

place, documentation is compliant, and legal risk is
addressed.Strategy Development: Collaborate with MC3 Medical
Directors and MC3 strategy lead to develop new product lines, new
service delivery channels, geographic areas for expansion, and
additional funding sources. Consult with other state access
programs to identify and share best practices.Financial and Grant
Management: Develop and monitor program budget in compliance with
grant requirements. Prepare and submit regular financial and
activity reports according to funder requirements and
timelines.Quality and Compliance Oversight: Ensure program meets
all regulatory requirements through regular status reports, budget
monitoring, and activity updates.Academic and Professional
Contributions: Contribute to academic publications, and present at
professional meetings to report on program achievements and
methodologies.Required Qualifications*

7/1/2025.Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and
