• Description: Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a Locum Endocrinologist to start as soon as possible!Schedule:Part-time beginning immediately through the end of AugustMay require some hours into September depending on needTelehealth strongly preferred but onsite also an optionNo call responsibilitiesProcedures:Required Procedures: General endocrinology care only no procedures outside typical endocrinology scopeTypes of Cases: General endocrinology diabetes managementPatients:Average patient load: 2 patients/hourPediatric patients: NoOther Details:Reason for Need: Gap in coverage between previous Endocrinologist and new full-time provider starting in AugustSupport Staff: Nurse and MASole Provider: No but will be the only Endocrinologist during this periodOpen to locum-to-perm candidates as well as strictly locumReferences Required: At least two preferably including a recent locum assignment if applicableLicensure: Must have active Ohio license due to quick start timelineLocation Preference: Candidates from Ohio or nearby driving distance are preferred
