TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Lansing, Michigan, 48912! Pay Information $2,218 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years minimum experience preferred; will consider 1.5 years if all other skills are met. Level I trauma experience required. License: State license required. Certifications: ACLS BCLS by AHA PALS TNCC ENPC NIH Must-Have: Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias experience. EPIC charting experience. Description: This position is for an Emergency Room Registered Nurse. The candidate must submit time off requests at the time of submission; additional requests will not be approved later. The role involves a commitment to work three weekends (Friday to Sunday) over a four-week schedule. Floating to pediatric areas may be required. The unit has high patient ratios ranging from 1:5 to 8, depending on incoming patient volume and holidays. Experience in continuous IV sedation and procedural sedation administration is preferred. Triage experience is also a plus. This Emergency Room serves as a Level 1 Trauma Center, Stroke Center, Heart Center, and Pediatric Emergency Department. Candidates must be prepared for a fast-paced environment with high patient loads and fluctuating ratios. Modules may need to be completed before the start date, with an estimated time of five hours.
