Job Description Job Description We areseeking a Locums Emergency
Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join a Level
III Emergency Department in Lansing, MI. This position offers
adynamic and fast-paced environment, working alongside a
collaborative care teamto provide quality emergency care to
patients of all ages. PositionDetails: - Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Patient Volume: Approximately 110 patients per day, divided among
providers - Setting: Level III Emergency Department
Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive emergency medical care
for patients with urgent and emergent conditions. - Perform patient
assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop
treatment plans. - Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare
team to deliver high-quality patient care. - Manage acute and
complex medical conditions in a fast-paced ED setting. - Document
all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements: - Certifications: - ACLS (American Heart Association)
– Required - ATLS – Required - Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
or Physician Assistant - Licenses: - Active Michigan State License
– Required - Current DEA License Lansing,Michigan, is the state
