As a part of our team, you'll use your love for travel and customer engagement skills to provide personalized solutions and enhance our clients' travel experiences. Respond to customer inquiries regarding travel reservations, accommodations, and other services Provide detailed information about travel destinations, tour packages, and travel itineraries Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner Assist customers in planning and booking travel, including guidance on travel documents, insurance, and local customs Follow up with clients to ensure their travel needs are met and to gather feedback on their experience Stay updated with the latest travel advisories, destination information, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers Upsell additional services and packages that may enhance the client’s travel experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving skills Proficiency in the use of computer and web-based applications Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) certification preferred
