Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment across Molding, Paint, and Assembly departments.
Replace or service components related to electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, piping, pumps, and mechanical assemblies.
Perform both preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and maintain production quality.
Use appropriate hand tools for diagnostics, disassembly, and repair of equipment.
Interpret and utilize machine schematics and parts breakdowns effectively.
Fabricate and modify equipment components as needed to support ongoing operations.







Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
Familiarity with standard maintenance tools and fabrication processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to equipment safety and operational standards.
Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift on a consistent schedule.


Preferred Experience & Education:
Associate's Degree in a technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Work experience combined with current enrollment in a technical program may be considered.
Previous experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Welding and custom fabrication experience is a plus.
