This full-time position invites Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to become part of a dedicated team providing exceptional anesthesia care in an outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center. Key Responsibilities - Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to provide pain relief during medical procedures. - Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and document findings accurately. - Collaborate with Anesthesiologists and healthcare teams to plan and manage anesthesia care. - Provide airway management and intubation services as necessary. - Support professional development and mentorship among colleagues. - Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and uphold safety measures in patient care. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities. - Utilize EMR systems efficiently to document care and enhance patient experiences. - Promote a collaborative, respectful work environment focusing on positive patient experiences. - Travel to other ambulatory sites as required. Qualifications - Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA). - Active nursing and specialty licenses in Michigan. - At least 2 years of CRNA work experience. - Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or willingness to obtain). - Clean malpractice and license history. - Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. - Flexibility and commitment to team-oriented environment. - Must be willing to travel to other ambulatory sites when necessary. Licenses and Certifications - Active Michigan nursing and specialty license (must be in-hand). - Up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain). - Board Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) is mandatory.
